Justin Keane is a writer, coach, and lifelong student of strength. Keane is the owner of Woodshed Strength and Conditioning in Littleton, Massachusetts, where he coaches and works with everyday people pursuing strength, resilience, and longevity. His writing explores training, leadership, fatherhood, and the quiet discipline of showing up—rep after rep—with a candid, unsentimental voice rooted in lived experience. His work has appeared in New York Press, Highlights for Children, Stuff Magazine, and the CrossFit Journal. Justin holds a BA in English with Thesis Distinction from Vassar College and is currently working on his first novel. He lives in Littleton with his wife and two sons.
