✅️​Modernising Finance: Moving to a "Dual Authorisation" online banking system to protect our Treasurer and streamline payments.
✅️​Safeguarding: Updating to the latest 2024/25 RFL Safeguarding standards for children and adults at risk.
✅️​Voting Resilience: Adjusting quorum requirements to ensure club meetings remain valid and effective, even if a single team is absent.

​Any further proposed changes or items for discussion must be forwarded in writing to info@accringtonwildcats.co.uk no later than Monday 2nd March 2026.
