Proposed Amendments Summary:
✅️Modernising Finance: Moving to a "Dual Authorisation" online banking system to protect our Treasurer and streamline payments.
✅️Safeguarding: Updating to the latest 2024/25 RFL Safeguarding standards for children and adults at risk.
✅️Voting Resilience: Adjusting quorum requirements to ensure club meetings remain valid and effective, even if a single team is absent.
