Celebrate the season with a creative twist on cocktails. Tealicious Mixology combines the world of tea with the craft of mixology, offering a guided tasting of tea cocktails — both alcoholic and non-alcoholic. Learn how to infuse botanicals, blend herbs, and balance flavours as you enjoy festive creations. The afternoon concludes with a hands-on herbal tea blending workshop so you can craft your own bespoke infusions to take home.

The arrival time is 2:00 pm. Due to the structure of the workshop we cannot accommodate latecomers who arrive after 3:00 pm, as this disrupts the experience for all participants and it is not possible to repeat tastings or teach blending techniques one-on-one. If you arrive after 3:00 pm you will not be admitted and you will not be refunded. To maximise the experience for everyone, please be on time.
