Ghud Park - Run Club

Date: Every Wednesday Time: 6 PM - 7 PM Location: Ghud Park, Accra Mall

Meeting up time: 5:30 pm

What to Expect:

• Community Atmosphere: Join a friendly and supportive group of fellow runners and walkers. It's a great way to meet new people and make friends.
• Scenic Routes: Enjoy a beautiful, safe, and well-maintained trail around the park lawn.
• Post-Run Social: After the run, feel free to stick around for a casual social gathering. Grab a refreshment and share your running stories at the Beer garden.
• Post-Run Aerobics: Interested runners can have an aerobics session after the run.
• Guidance from a Team lead: Our experienced instructor will lead the sessions, offering tips and support to help you achieve your fitness goals.

What to Bring:

• Comfortable running shoes and attire
• A water bottle to stay hydrated
• Your enthusiasm and energy!

1. Registration: Free , only a park entry fee is required.
Ghud Park Daily Entrance Fee:
Entrance Fee: GHC 40 (Waived for Eventbrite Ticket holders)
Included Credit: Visitors receive a GHC 20 credit with the entrance fee, which can be used at the beer garden or rental station on the same day. (T&C Apply)
