This year's edition takes us to Accra, Ghana for an unforgetable Detty December.

Two Rooms:

Room 1 -- Salsa, Bachata, Merengue, etc.

Room 2 -- Kizomba, Semba, Konpa, Tarraxinha, Urbankiz, Afrobeats, B-Zouk, etc.

By popular request, there will be adventure to the Kakum Nation Park and excursions to the Cape Coast and Elmina slave castles.

Our venue, Labadi Beach Hotel, is set right on Accra's stunning Labadi Beach. This premier hotel is only about a 15-minute drive from the city centre. The elegantly appointed rooms and suites are air-conditioned and equipped with satellite television, coffee and tea tray, and spacious, private en suite bathrooms.

Tickets may be refundable within 30 days of purchase after which it is non-refundable.
Upon approval by the organizer, tickets may be transferable in full by November 30, 2025. Tickets must be fully paid to be transferred. A transfer fee of $50 may apply.
In the unlikely event that the festival is cancelled, monies will be fully refunded.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR ATTENDING BAAJO DANCE INTERNATIONAL DANCE FESTIVAL

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before purchasing tickets and/or attending our dance event. By purchasing and/or attending the event, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions.

Event Participation:

1.1. Participants must be at least 18 years old to attend the event.

1.2. Participants must adhere to the event guidelines and instructions provided by the event organizers and staff.

Photography and Image Sharing:

2.1. By attending the event, you acknowledge and agree that photographs and videos may be taken during the event.

2.2. The event organizers reserve the right to use these photographs and videos for promotional purposes, including but not limited to, website content, social media posts, and marketing materials.

2.3. Participants grant the event organizers and their affiliates a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual license to use, reproduce, distribute, and publicly display any photographs or videos taken during the event.

2.4. If you do not wish to be photographed or filmed, it is your responsibility to notify the event organizers in writing before the event or inform the event staff at the venue.

Consent and Release:

3.1. By attending the event, you consent to the use of your name, likeness, voice, and any other information provided by you in connection with the event, for promotional purposes.

3.2. Participants release the event organizers, their officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of or related to the use of photographs, videos, or other recordings taken during the event.

3.3. Participants waive any right to inspect or approve the finished materials containing their image or likeness.

Liability:

4.1. The event organizers shall not be liable for any injuries, damages, losses, or theft occurring during the event.

4.2. Participants are responsible for their personal belongings and are advised to take necessary precautions to safeguard their belongings.

Code of Conduct:

5.1. Participants must conduct themselves in a respectful and responsible manner throughout the event.

5.2. Any form of harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior towards other participants, event staff, or performers will not be tolerated and may result in immediate expulsion from the event.

Changes to the Event:

6.1. The event organizers reserve the right to make changes to the event schedule, venue, or any other aspect of the event without prior notice.

Indemnity:

7.1. Participants agree to indemnify and hold the event organizers, their officers, employees, and affiliates harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or related to your attendance at the event.

Governing Law:

8.1. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of the Republic of Ghana.

8.2. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Ghana.

By purchasing tickets and/or attending the event, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
