Getting started
Arrive early to explore the exhibits at your own pace. Show your ticket at the entrance for check-in assistance from the staff. Before starting your visit, you can stop by the on-site café for snacks and refreshments.
What to expect

With fewer distractions and a dedicated entrance, this serene slot invites you to slow down, reflect, and engage more deeply with the digital installations.

Camera/phone: Photography and short videos are permitted for personal use only (no flash, tripods, selfie sticks, or commercial equipment).
Water bottle: Staying hydrated is recommended, as visits may last several hours.
Guests under 18: Not permitted during Art Undistracted (Monday through Thursday, 6pm–10pm).
Outside food and drink: Only food and drinks purchased inside allowed.
Large bags/luggage: Free lockers available for storing personal items. Strollers are not permitted inside, and storage space is limited.
Smoking or vaping: Prohibited throughout the premises (including outdoor areas).
Tripods, monopods, selfie sticks, flashlights: Not permitted in exhibition areas, including for photography.
For-profit/commercial photography or filming without prior written consent.
Pets: Not allowed, except registered service animals.
Wheelchair accessible: Ramps and elevators are available throughout the venue.
Accessible restrooms: Dedicated facilities for guests with disabilities.
Nursing room: Available for mothers requiring a private space.

"Art Undistracted" is an exclusive 18+ experience at teamLab Phenomena Abu Dhabi. Government-issued photo ID is required for age verification. Sessions run from Monday to Thursday from 6pm to 10pm, with last entry at 8pm.
Adults-only entrance: During designated Art Undistracted timeslots.
Food & beverage: Café available; only food/drink purchased inside is permitted.
Children aged 12 and under must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
Children’s facilities: Nursing room and changing facilities provided; strollers should be left in cars.
Kids' entry: On Mondays to Thursdays, last entry for kids at 4:30pm, after which they will not be allowed to enter.
Open-dated tickets: You can visit on any day. For open-dated tickets, guests must select a visit date and timeslot via the booking link sent after purchase, subject to availability. Walk-ins are not permitted.
Fixed-dated & timed tickets: No additional reservation is required—your selected date and time are already confirmed at the time of booking.
