Qigong is a system of knowledge that comprises at least 5,000 years of human evolution and covers all the fields of human interest. It is officially known in China as the science of human potential and development. There are many styles of Qigong available so it is important to understand what makes our style unique. White Tiger Qigong are Taoist Qigong exercises that harmonize the body, breath and mind, and specializes in dynamic Qigong exercises known well in Wudang Mountain but has very little exposure in the West.
Join this Introduction to Qigong class and learn more about what White Tiger Qigong really is.
This workshop will contain theory introduction to Qigong and about an hour of Qigong practice. During the theory part, we will talk about:
- What Qigong is
- Qigong for Health and Longevity
- Meridians, Modern research and Muscle Fascia
- What differentiates White Tiger Qigong System from other forms of exercise
- Who can benefit from this Qigong and more
The practice part will include 14 Meridian Qigong Warmup, one ancient Qigong form and Standing Qigong Meditation.

Natalia is a White Tiger Qigong Instructor, and one of Master Tevia Feng’s most devoted students. Having trained closely with him for several years, she can regularly be seen instructing alongside him on White Tiger Teacher Training courses. She has started her Qigong journey in 2016, and since then has developed a strong belief in the great healing power of regular Qigong practice for physical, mental, emotional and spiritual levels. Natalia loves Qigong and proudly shares this sacred practice with her students in Abu Dhabi.
