Julius Caesar: Stickin' it to the Man

We all know about the famous Roman leaders named Julius Caeser, Brutus and Marc Antony, but just how far were they willing to go to achieve the ultimate power? This is not the Julius Caeser you have previously seen or read about. Jonah Boudreaux, a devoted fan of Shakespeare, is putting his show into a modern setting the way the Bard himself would – this time by taking full advantage of the Amphitheater and turning it into the office of the Roman Senate, where jealousy is rife among the junior staff. So, grab a friend who won’t stab you in the back and watch all the intrigue unfold. ‘Julius Caeser' will be playing outdoors at the Abita Springs Trailhead Museum on November 8 and 9 at 5:00 p.m. Tickets are available online: $15 for adults and $5 for students and Seniors.
