- **Event Description**: Join us in the beautiful 13th Century Abbey, nestled in the picturesque Village of Sutton Courtney, on the outskirts of Abingdon for an evening of Deep Rest & Relaxation.

The Incredible Great Hall will be illuminated with candles & fairy lights and is surrounded by views out to ancient gardens. The magical sound of early evening bird song, a view out to ancient grounds and the last glow of sunshine makes for a truly glorious back-drop to our evening.

We’ll gather together in the historic Great Hall for an evening of profound rest and relaxation; 

? easy to follow mindset and calming relaxation techniques
?‍♀️breathing exercises to lower stress and anxiety levels
?primal and yoga movement to release tension
?meditation to help slow the mind
?a sound spa to soothe tired bodies and over active minds
?the air will be infused with scents of the summer lavender, ylang ylang and rosemary essential oils. 

This session is ideal for you if you feel;

In need of some down time.

The Abbey itself has been recognised as a building of outstanding historic and architectural interest and is hailed as a textbook example of an English medieval manor house.  Its history is so colourful with a visit from the Dalia Lama in 1973!
