Superhero Buddy Week

Everything is better with a buddy — especially when you’re a superhero in training.
During Superhero Buddy Week, students are invited to bring friends to join them in class for a week of fun challenges, teamwork drills, and confidence-building activities.
Students and buddies can dress as their favorite superheroes and show off their inner hero on the mat.
This event is perfect for:
• Friends who’ve been curious about class
• Siblings who want to try it out
• Classmates who love superheroes
• Anyone who wants to level up their confidence
WHAT TO EXPECT:
• Superhero-themed warmups
• Power-up drills
• Team challenges
• Buddy missions
• Lots of fun, photos, and memories
COST:
Free for students and their buddy
HOW TO JOIN:
Have your student pick their “sidekick” and bring them to any class during the event dates.
No experience needed — just excitement and a hero attitude.
