Secrets of Strixhaven Prerelease

Format: Sealed - Secrets of Strixhaven

We will be hosting three events: Friday April 17th at 7pm, Saturday April 18th at 12pm, and Sunday the 19th at 12pm.

All participating players will receive a prerelease kit from a Strixhaven college of their choice. Each kit contains five play boosters and special booster themed to the chosen college, a random bonus foil rare or mythic rare, and a life tracking 20-sided die.

Players will then be tasked with building a deck (minimum 40 cards) with the contents of their kit (additional basic lands will be provided). Deck building time will be roughly an hour.

After all players have finished deck building, we will then begin the tournament.

-The event will last for 4 rounds.

-Each round players play a single game of magic (also know as best-of-one) against an assigned opponent.

-Players will have 30 minutes to complete their game each round.

-After the fourth round, players may collect their prizes. Each player earns one play booster per match win.
