This class will be the perfect blend of education about core and pelvic health changes with pregnancy and postpartum, evidence-based exercises, and community-building with other moms!

Each class will start with a 10min talk on the educational topic for that week, followed by a 30min workout, and finish with a special guest speaker.  Our awesome lineup of guest speakers include professionals from @optimalNurturing Lactation, @Seasonsforwomen OBGyn, @wingsofwarriors counseling, JMH Newborn Pediatrician and holistic nutrition.
