Bourbon Night at Rackets with Starlight Distillery's Honey Reserve

Come join us for another Bourbon night at Rackets! This month we are featuring Starlight Distillery's Honey Reserve. This is a limited release, so it will only be available while supplies last!

Age: 5 to 7-Years old

Mash Bill: Blend of 3 & 4-grain bourbon mash bills; 60/20/20 Corn/Rye/Malted Barley 51/9/20/20 Corn/Wheat/Rye/Malted Barley

Second Barrel: Used fire-charred and toasted oak whiskey barrels that previously held barrel-aged, estate pollinated and harvested honey

Proof: 106 proof

Tasting Notes: On the nose, delicate notes of fresh orchard fruits, and sweet honey rise above the layers of vanilla and toasted oak. The palate is elevated by flavors of golden apple and warm baking spice. The finish is long and harmonious, leaving traces of honeyed spice and barrel-aged warmth.

Crafted in small batches with estate-grown grains and honey, it begins with a sweet mash process and is double pot distilled on Starlight’s Vendome copper still. The whiskey is a 5–7 year blend.
