Panedeni is about expanding horizons and crossing cultural borders, blurring the lines between Eastern and Western folk music and focussing on collaboration with amazing individuals to bring their unique experiences to the forefront of an exciting musical project.

Fronted by Yasmine Latkowski, we bring together a rich tapestry of Middle Eastern, English, and Welsh influences to create a vibrant, multicultural mix of original music. Supported by Arts Council Wales, we are dedicated to composing music that bridges Welsh and Arabic languages and musical influence. We are collaborating with musicians across the country and borders from Wales to Egypt. Songwriting collaborations have already included contributions in Welsh from Sion Rickard of LoFi Jones and rising star Ayoub Boukhalfa who brings a message of love in the face brutality in the Middle East.
