This is the workout that doesn’t really feel like a workout.

Think great tunes that take you straight back to your youth. A dark room. Disco lights. Plenty of moving, singing and probably a few forgotten dance moves making a comeback.

There is no pressure to perform. No complicated choreography to master. Nobody cares if you go left when everyone else goes right.

Just move. Sing. Laugh. Get warm. And enjoy an hour where you can completely be yourself.

And yes, while you’re having fun, you’re also working on your cardiovascular fitness, stamina, coordination and balance. Sneaky exercise at its best.
