Let’s finish the year together with a little movement, a proper chance to relax and some Christmas company.

I’d love you to join me for this special candlelit Pilates evening. With slower exercises, comfortable stretches and time to focus on your breathing, we’ll ease ourselves out of the Christmas rush and enjoy an hour with no jobs to do and nowhere else to be.

There will be time for relaxation at the end, so bring your mat and a blanket or warm layer to get comfortable. Sometimes, giving yourself permission to stop for a while is just what you need.

Afterwards, stay for mulled drinks, festive nibbles and a chat. It will be a lovely chance to look back on the year, enjoy each other’s company and say thank you for being part of our Pilates community. Whether you come every week or are joining us for the first time, you will be very welcome.

Places are limited and booking is essential, so book your place for this special evening. Leave a little time after the class for the festivities, too.
