Persistent lower back pain can affect confidence, sleep and daily movement. Structured, evidence-based exercise is one of the most effective ways to improve symptoms and restore function.
This four-week Pop-Up Back Care Pilates course is designed to help you build strength safely and progressively. It is suitable for those managing lower back pain, pelvic floor concerns, post-hip replacement rehabilitation, or those completely new to Pilates.
These sessions focus on improving deep core support, hip stability and spinal mobility. The aim is long-term change, not short-term relief.

4 sessions – £16 (£4 per session)
8 sessions – £28 (£3.50 per session)
16 sessions – £48 (£3 per session)
Due to increased demand, this is a limited four-week additional class and is the third class of the day. Advance booking is essential. Walk-ins cannot be accommodated.
