Awaken into Spring - Wild Women Yoga & Creativity Retreat

Join a small group on the Welsh coast for this weekend of rest, reconnection and creativity.

All activities are optional. The weekend includes:

Accommodation in a peaceful, country setting,
4 yoga sessions, nourishing hatha, restorative yoga and yoga nidra in the underfloor heated yurt (suitable for all levels)
Nature printing with Sue
Hot tub session under the stars
Delicious homemade, veggie/vegan meals and a lunch out, all snacks & teas.
