Wellbeing Day

Fancy spending a couple of hours focusing on your wellbeing?

We’re hosting a Wellbeing Day on Thursday 11th December 2025, and we’d love to see you there! The day will run from 10am to 3pm, with activities such as; yoga, forest bathing and Qigong. These will have limited spots, so you’ll need to book ahead. We’ll share the session times over the next few days- just drop us a message or give us a call and we’ll get you booked in.

If you’d rather take things at your own pace, we’ll also have some no-booking activities throughout the day, including Christmas crafting, puzzles and wellbeing chats. You can pop in for those whenever you like.
