Ever feel like you were a jock at heart… just never given the chance? Varsity Yoga is your do-over!
This high-energy, flow-based class blends cardio, strength, and mobility with old-school physical culture spirit. Each six-week season (seven in total for 2026) targets a new goal: shoulder strength for inversions, hip and hamstring mobility for splits, joint stability for knees and ankles, core and back strength for powerful backbends, and mobility that carries into real life.

Top three attendees of the year will earn a custom Little Switch Yoga hoodie.

Please register through the website and review the class description for important details and expectations. No prior yoga experience is necessary. Bring a mat if you have one—mats will also be available. Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move easily, and consider layering.
