Using a specially created audio soundscape and live voice guidance, the walk invites participants to shift pace, notice their surroundings, and allow their body to experience a flowing transition from the urban environment to the natural landscape.The walk will last approximately two hours and will include moments of listening, walking, sensory activities and reflection. Participants will need suitable clothing and footwear for walking outdoors, along with headphones and a smartphone or portable device capable of scanning a QR code.Numbers are limited to 12 to ensure an intimate and supported experience.Please note that participants will need to make their own way back to the city or to their place of residence. This can be done either on foot or by catching the No. 1 or No. 2 bus from Garthdee Road, at the entrance to Gray’s School of Art.Accessibility & Age GuidanceThis walking workshop involves sustained outdoor movement and is best suited to able-bodied participants.
