Suzie, now retired, is opening her recipe book to share the secrets behind her legendary Florentine Almond Cookies. These delicate, lace-like cookies are rich with toasted almonds, caramelized sugar, and a hint of citrus, often finished with a decadent layer of chocolate. Her recipe has been a closely guarded treasure, and this class offers a once-in-a-lifetime chance to learn it firsthand. Students will take home a batch of Florentines. An $8 supplies fee to cover food costs per student has been added to registration.
