Ready for an evening of fast-paced chess? Join us for the Stonehaven Summer of Blitz, an open, friendly event where every second counts.

📅 Date: Wednesday 30th July
🕖 Time:

Doors open: 19:00 for registration

Round 1 starts: 19:30 sharp

📍 Venue: St James church, Arbuthnott St, Stonehaven

⏱ Time Control: 3+2 blitz (3 minutes + 2 seconds increment)
💷 Entry Fee: £5 per player

🏆 Prizes:

The first £45 of entries will cover venue hire.

Remaining funds: 90% to prizes (1st, 2nd, 3rd) and 10% to support the club.

⚠️ Spaces Limited to 20 Players
We currently have 10 clocks and may be able to source a few more, so early registration is strongly recommended to secure your place.
