Pregnancy Yoga Winter Sessions

Warmly welcome all pregnant women and people, who have had a 3 month scan, to this class. Find your tribe early on your motherhood journey, in this safe space, connecting with like-minded Mums. Open to beginners and more advanced yoginis. A combination of yoga, breathing, relaxation techniques are offered to help nurture you to be more present in your pregnancy as well as prepare you for birth whether that be natural or c-section.
