8 July  
A Day at the Beach  
We’ll explore artworks inspired by the coast, using movement, songs and simple games to splash, scoop and drift like waves. A perfect session for sensory play and creative exploration.

12 August  
Tea Party  
You’re invited to Guthrie’s very special tea party! We’ll bring the gallery to life through storytelling, role-play and playful movement. Expect songs, games and plenty of make-believe as we pour, stir and share together.

9 September
Clouds
Inspired by artworks full of light and air, we’ll look up, stretch high and float gently through this dreamy session. Using soft materials, movement and stories, we’ll explore different kinds of clouds and how they move and change.

14 October
Afterglow
Join Guthrie for a calm and cosy exploration of colour and light. We’ll discover artworks inspired by sunsets and gentle evening light, using slow movement, soothing sounds and simple creative play to relax and reflect together.

 

On arrival, head straight to the ground floor learning space, just off Gallery 2.

We recommend bringing spare clothing for these messy sessions.

Please note that space for prams is limited. Prams should be stored in the available buggy park.
