This course is for parents and carers.Topics covered:Develop an understanding of the things that effect how we feel about ourselves.Introduce strategies and skills that can support our sense of self-worth and personal development.Explore the effects of negative thinking and develop problem solving strategies.Understand the importance of effective communication.Strengths and goal planning.The sessions will run from September the 16th  for 4 weeks untill October the 7th ,then break for the holidays then back on October the 28th   for 4 weeks untill November the 18th.Please note before booking a place:All of our courses are free to attend.This course is delivered by CLD Family Learning as part of Aberdeen City Council and is open to parents/carers living in Aberdeen.This session cannot be recorded and shared afterwards, as participants may share personal information.Therefore please only book a place if you can attend.This ticket is a note of interest.
