This gathering centres wellbeing practices that support self‑care and strengthen our capacity for collective change. Through movement, breathwork, creativity, conversation, and shared nourishment, we’ll explore ways of staying resourced and connected while living through difficult times - using approaches rooted in social justice, mutual care, and collective wellbeing.
