Crafternoon: Story Snowflakes with Brooke Pederson

Join artist and librarian Brooke Pederson for an engaging look at her paper cut story snowflakes. Learn about her process for choosing a story, selecting the right paper and tools, and learn tips and tricks for how to fold and cut snowflakes yourself. All ages welcome. All materials provided.

About Brooke: Brooke Pederson enjoys being an artist and librarian in the Pacific Northwest. She has been honing her papercraft artistry since childhood, perfecting the patient art of storytelling with scissors. Brooke has been teaching/conducting papercutting workshops for over 10 years. She loves sharing and teaching the art of story snowflakes with all ages. The wonderful thing about snowflake cutting is that there are no “bad” results. Brooke has recently self-published her first book: Story Snowflakes: Fairy Tales.
