The meditation sessions we host are secular practices that come from Buddhism. You don’t have to be Buddhist to meditate or practice mindfulness. Mindfulness is simply bringing our attention to the present moment and seeing what arises without judgment.

Rachel (certified Mindfulness Meditation Teacher) will lead the group in seated and walking Mindfulness Meditation. Instruction will be provided and we’ll have time for discussion and Q&A.

This is a free meditation and open to all.

If you are able to donate, you help keep our doors open, and ensure quality programming in the Little Switch space.

Please register through the website and review the class description for important details and expectations. No prior yoga or meditation experience is necessary. Bring a mat if you have one—mats will also be available. Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move easily, and consider layering.
