If your child is ages 5-8 years and enjoys a little craft and creative time to wind down, then this is for them.

With my new book The Little Hearts, Big Feelings Kit, we will gentle explore feelings, emotions, and how to work through them with mini-missions and game activities. There is no pressure, just a relaxed atmosphere and gentle guidance to help children (and the adult guiding them) grow from the inside out.
