Yogi Bhajan believed that the gong was the most powerful tool for healing, and that a 45 minute gong session would clear any immediate blocks. He stated that 10 consecutive gong sessions would clear most blocks so the soul could then heal itself, relieving the body of human suffering to deliver us to our hearts ? "Living within the heart" creates space for spontaneous healing.

Grand Gong Master Don Conreaux, one of my learned teachers, held his first official Overnight Gong Puja in 2000. Both he and Yogi Bhajan believe that we thrive easier in our natural state of joy and belonging, and in turn carry that vibration out into the world ?, like a ripple effect inspiring those around us to do the same ??

For those of you who have experienced a gong sound bath ??? can you imagine what 8 hours with at least 14 gongs played therapeutically throughout the night feels like? 

Held in the Gong Love and Sonic Vibrations by a number of skilled and dedicated therapeutic gong players ??? while you the participant allows yourself the time and  space so your mind can float into a state of cosmic consciousness ✨️ while your body rests in the 
most optimum state for healing, deep restorative sleep ?

Most people say they feel  relaxed and rejuvenated with a deep sense of peace and well- being afterwards, with an increase in energy and clarity. It also strengthens your nervous system, 

Breakfast is provided to make sure participants and players are fully grounded before setting off on their day ?
