This is your invitation to unwind, reset, and reconnect… all held in a gentle, immersive field of sound ?

A gong bath is a deeply restful sound journey, where therapeutic vibrations from gongs and other instruments help ease the body out of stress and into a state of calm ??‍♂️

The sound gently slows your brainwaves, quiets mental noise, and supports your nervous system in returning to balance ?

You don’t need to do anything… just lie back, close your eyes, and receive ?

We’ve made it extra special… each participant gets a zero gravity chair to recline in, giving your body full support and comfort throughout ?

No need to bring a mat unless you’d prefer to lie on the floor ?

Bring a blanket if you’d like to feel cosy, some water to sip afterwards and maybe a journal if you enjoy reflecting on your experience… some people like to write down what came through after the session ?

Session Times (8 spaces per session):

(Please arrive 10 minutes early – door WILL be locked at start time!)
