Own The Night Round 4

OWN THE NIGHT

Our 4th and final instalment in this years series of night runs, in conjunction with Welsh Athletics Athletau Cymru initiative to make running at night safe for women everywhere.

This one will have a special twist, we are going to be using Aberdare Park run route.

The event will take place on February 22nd @ 6pm

spread the word far and wide, lets make this the biggest event yet. Bring your headtorches, glow sticks and friends and show your support.

Running in dark months and at night is something most women fear, this event helps to support female runners and foster a safe inclusive environment.
