We’ll gather in sacred space to:

Drink ceremonial cacao to soften the heart and awaken the senses 

Be guided through metta (loving-kindness) meditation to cultivate compassion for ourselves and others 

Surrender into a sound journey with soothing tones and healing vibrations 

Explore intuitive movement to free stagnant energy and reconnect with the body

This intimate ceremony is an invitation to come home to yourself, to be held in community, and to listen deeply to the wisdom of your heart.

A yoga mat to lie or sit comfortably 

A bottle of water 

A journal and pen for reflections and insights

All are welcome, no previous experience needed—just your open heart and willingness to explore.
