Join us at Moon Healing Center in Abbotsford for gentle, restorative yoga and soothing sound healing designed to support women through the natural transitions of menopause.

Each Thursday evening in November, we’ll gather from 8–9 PM in a calm, supportive space to slow down, release tension, and reconnect with our inner wisdom.

✨ What to Expect
Each class includes restorative yoga, grounding breathwork, and a healing sound bath to help you:
? Cool the body and ease hot flashes
? Improve sleep and regulate the nervous system
? Release emotional tension and melt away stress
? Feel balanced, supported, and deeply at peace

Soft lighting, cozy props, and the soothing hum of singing bowls create a nourishing experience for body, mind, and spirit.

When & Investment
Thursdays, November 6–27 | 8:00 – 9:00 PM
? $30 per session or $80 for all 4 weeks
