What to Expect:
Goat Yoga is designed to be a fun and unique way to tap into your zen alongside some cute critters. Our goats love people and cuddling. They'll help motivate and challenge you to engage in mindfulness as they jump from back to back!
After Goat Yoga, depending on weather and seasonality you will receive a cup of one of the following:
Mama Maan's traditional Indian chai made with freshly grounded cardamom, fennel, cloves, and cinnamon.
OR Berry Smoothies made from the berries we grow right here on the farm!
We will only be serving one of the options during each class depending on our Berry season and the Weather during the event.
* Special - Mothers Day May 12th & Fathers Day June 16th Goat Yoga: Attendees will receive a complimentary basket of berries.
Please arrive 15 mins before the start time to sign in and set up
1. Welcome Msg (5 mins)
2. Goat Yoga (1 hr)
3. Goat Socializing + Chai Tea or Berry Smoothie (30 mins)
Duration is 1.5hrs
-Event flow is the same for all Yoga & Chai/Berry Smoothie dates and times
-Please bring your own mat
-Wear whatever is comfortable, but expect to get dirty. This event is on the farm for a reason! If you've heard about this event you know that goats will be running around and if nature calls - the goats will answer the call!
-Absolutely no food is permitted
-No outside animals are permitted
-Personal water bottles only
-Phones and goat selfies are encouraged!
-Our media team will be onsite and capturing the event for promotional purposes only
-Cell phones only, no outside cameras
-Please be advised there will be no children supervision provided, the baby goats are babies and very energetic. They can also be unpredictable. We require children to be supervised by their parents at all times.
