It invites participants into a new language of being — one that feels like remembering our humanity before we were shamed or tamed.-= Atlas guides participants through a Cycle of Aliveness =-Phase 01: Essence = listening to subtle internal shifts.Phase 02: Embodiment = rewilding movement so the body can speak.Phase 03: Social = naming the awkward and unspoken impulses toward others.Phase 04: Artistic = opening into creative flow states.Phase 05: Sacred = coalescing as a group into the innate sense of that which honours the sacred.This is the journey of self towards coherence: cultivating the capacity to be with all of yourself, while training in a method that frames the transpersonal theatre of the psyche.
