Join Terra Pellatt of Terra Vista Hypnotherapy & Life Coaching and Lori Graham of Moon Healing Center for a nourishing evening designed to help you slow down, reset, and reconnect with yourself as we transition into the fall season. 🍂✨

This unique experience blends:
🧘‍♀️ Gentle all-levels yoga
🔔 Sound bath healing
🌀 Fall-focused hypnotherapy

As nature begins to shift into a season of release, we’ll create space to reflect on where you are, let go of what no longer serves you, and gently reset your mind, body, and energy for the season ahead.

You’ll be guided through a calming yoga practice, followed by sound healing and hypnotherapy to support deep relaxation, nervous system regulation, and a deeper connection with your body and subconscious mind.

Together, these practices can help you soften tension, quiet mental noise, release old patterns, and create space for greater clarity, balance, and inner peace. 🍁

Held at the beautiful Ripples Winery, this experience will take place in the enchanting Secret Garden space—offering a peaceful setting to pause, breathe, and reconnect. ✨

🍷 The winery closes at 6:00 PM, so come a little early to enjoy a glass of wine!

No experience is necessary. All levels are welcome.
