Join us for an evening designed to move your body, clear your mind, and deeply nourish your soul.

We’ll begin with a gentle grounding ritual to set our intentions, then flow into 30 minutes of Ecstatic Dance—a free-form movement practice where there are no steps to follow, no expectations, and no judgment. Just you, the music, and the freedom to express yourself exactly as you are. ???

Ecstatic Dance offers:
? Freedom of Expression – Move however your body desires
? Connection to Music – Let rhythms guide you into flow
? Emotional Release – Dance out what no longer serves you

From there, we’ll transition into a deeply meditative Sound Bath, where the healing vibrations of chakra crystal singing bowls will wash through you—releasing tension, calming your nervous system, and helping you integrate the dance on a soul-deep level.
