This 4 week course is a grounded and practical introduction to somatic work, where you will learn to better understand the connection between the body, stress, emotions, and everyday life.

Many of us spend most of our time in our thoughts while the body carries tension, stress, emotions, and overwhelm beneath the surface. Through simple body-based exercises, movement, breathwork, reflection, and nervous system tools, this course supports you in creating more calm, balance, presence, and self-trust in everyday life.

No previous experience is needed. Only curiosity and a willingness to reconnect with yourself in a safe and supportive environment.
