Chairdance

Introduction to elegant, flowing movements on a chair
Technique for safe and aesthetic poses & transitions
Short choreography emphasizing sensuality and body awareness
Training in body tension and posture

Twerk

Isolations, hip and glute technique
Various twerk styles (Basic Bounce, Isolation, Booty Shake, Wall Twerk, etc.)
Strength training elements to activate the right muscle groups
Choreo elements that combine power and rhythm

What you should bring: long or short pants, shirt, knee pads, towel.
