This year it will be two days of Martial Mayhem, where Tommy will teach different aspects of combatives and self-defense with the following programme:

Clinch fighting skills

Building aggressive forward facing combinations
Using your Attributes
How to best use your weight, height, age, power etc.
Kit to bring: Walking stick or cane, soft stick (foam etc), boxing gloves and gum shield, shin pads, Thai
pads, focus mitts, kick shields and a winter jacket for roughing up!
IMPORTANT!
Tommy will be teaching for free, and the money raised after travel and accommodation fees are covered, will be donated to mental health for young Danish people. The last two year’s seminars have each raised 10.000 DKR, which we have donated to “Børnetelefonen”. So, join us in Hinnerup, and make a difference for young people in Denmark, while you are learning and having fun!
Price and registration
The price for the event is:
750,00 DKR for both days.
450,00 DKR for one day.

Practical information
The seminar is open to everyone (> 15 years of age), and the training will take place in normal clothes. So, come as you are!
There will be room for only approximately 50 people at the seminar. So, book your place as soon as possible!
During the weekend, we will use impact equipment like pads and kicking shields and other gear. Therefore, try to bring everything on the kit list.
