Join us to clean our Adopted Highway!Adopt-a-Highway is a free program for the public to volunteer to clean up a 1.4-mile stretch of local state highway. Cleanups are conducted monthly and reported to California DOT. ASCENDtials has adopted the 125 highway Northbound at Quarry and Elketon. We will provide safety equipment, trash grabbers, and bags for the day of the cleanups for all volunteers.Before cleanup begins, all volunteers must sign a waiver and will be given their own personal safety vests.No more than 6 volunteers are allowed to participate in a single cleanup event.The clean-ups are held monthly on Saturday, meeting at the Quarry Self Storage at 9:15 a.m. (PST).All clean-ups will be held at Elketon/Quarry along Highway 125, northbound along highway.Volunteers will help clean up the North side starting with the ramp and continuing along the highway between 9:30 .a.m. to 11:30 a.m. (PST).All volunteers will receive a brief orientation before theclean-upp begins.Thank you for your time and effort, and hope to see you there!
