Die aus fünf Frauen bestehende Band „Strange Kind Of Women – The Classic Deep Purple Years“ spielt in einer ganz eigenen Liga. Sie rocken wie Hölle und rollen feurig wie ein speiender Vulkan. Die weltweit einzige weibliche Deep-Purple-Tribute-Band aus dem italienischen Udine gibt ein exklusives Konzert! 
„Made in Japan“ kennt jeder Deep Purple Fan... aber „Made in Italy“? Für viele Anhänger ist das Deep Purple Doppel-Live-Album „Made In Japan“ noch immer das Highlight unter den vielen Veröffentlichungen der Band und wird als Meilenstein in der Geschichte des Hard Rocks und des Heavy Metal angesehen. Inzwischen ist der berühmte Konzertmitschnitt ein halbes Jahrhundert alt. Die von der italienischen Gitarristin Eliana Cargnelutti gegründete Band „Strange Kind Of Women – The Classic Deep Purple Years“ bringt die Songs dieses legendären Albums originalgetreu und mit einer atemberaubenden Show auf die Bühne. Sie präsentieren die Deep-Purple-Songs nicht nur auf höchst charmante Weise, sondern sie interpretieren die Stücke auch mit so viel Spielfreude und Power, dass viele ihrer männlichen Kollegen erblassen. Auf dem Programm stehen alle „Made In Japan“ Klassiker wie „Child In Time“, „Smoke On The Water“, „Strange Kind Of Women“, „Highway Star“ und „Space Truckin‘“ die mit einem bombastischen Sound dargeboten werden.
Die gut zweistündige Bühnen-Performance mit ihrem leidenschaftlichen, energiegeladenen Temperament vermittelt einen authentischen Eindruck des Schaffens der Rock-Ikonen und überzeugt Unbedarfte wie Szene-Veteranen gleichermaßen. 
Die Besetzung von „Strange Kind Of Women – The Classic Deep Purple Years“ bilden fünf professionelle, international agierende Musikerinnen. Als Frontfrauen agieren, die in Italien Bewunderung und Berühmtheit genießen: Alteria, die man als Sängerin ihrer eigenen Alternative Rockband „Alteria“ kennt und Gitarristin Eliana Cargnelutti, die neue Hoffnung des italienischen Blues Rocks. Begleitet werden sie von Chiara Cotugno am Schlagzeug, Margherita Gruden an den Keyboards und Elettra Pizzale am Bass.
