This workshop invites you to continuously question "What feels good for me right now?" and discover it as your ultimate self-care practice.This is the first part of the day and can be continued by the afternoon session 'Shared Pleasure - Embodied Meetings'.What We'll Explore:Utilizing the foundational tools we all possess - breath, sound, movement, touch and focus - this workshop offers an intentional experiential space to unearth new methods of self-love. With breathwork as our cornerstone, we dive deeper into how these elements can foster a more profound connection with ourselves.Participation Options:This workshop honors your personal boundaries and preferences. Whether you engage fully clothed throughout or opt for clothing-optional during solo practices, the choice is yours. During a longer facilitated practice you can also choose to have a non-genital focus or to include genital touch, as feels good for you in the moment.Safety and Consent:It is very important for us that each of the participants can grow deeper into a feeling of safety inside their own body and into the group that is present together.
