🦉What Is It About?

ℹ️ After the unforgettable experience of our first adventure abroad, we’re back for round 2. This year, we continue the journey with another trip, heading once again to Greece! This time to the wild and untamed island of Samothraki.
The raw, water-shaped island comes alive in late summer, offering the perfect balance between adventure and freedom. Over the course of our trip, we’ll chase waterfalls and canyons, hike through dramatic landscapes, explore remote places, and slow down in traditional tavernas where time seems to stop.

→ Expect powerful nature, flowing waters, and the unique Greek hospitality you only find off the beaten path.
This isn’t just another trip... it’s the next chapter.

🌟 What is Included in The Price (€1200):
Included:

• Flights & All Other Travel Expenses (Airplane/Boat/Bus)
• Daily group transfers.
• All scheduled activities with the provision of specialised technical equipment.
• Five nights' accommodation in double rooms.
• Boat transportation in the southern part of the island
• Local taxes
• Experienced local guides
• Public liability insurance
• Event Organization


Not included:

• Meals and/or drinks (breakfast, lunch, and dinner)
• Anything not mentioned in the program.


⚠️ Flight prices are subject to change. The trip fee is based on current fares at the time of registration and may be adjusted for later registrations to reflect prevailing flight prices.


🛑 The total price includes only the services expressly described above. Participation in the tour requires adherence to the program, respect for the schedule, and consideration toward fellow participants and guides.

If you prefer to book different hotels, pursue other activities, or make your own plans, that’s perfectly fine; however, you will no longer be considered part of this trip, and in such cases, no refund will be issued for any amounts paid.



🌟 Registrations:

→ Register promptly to secure your spot, as the event is limited to 16 lucky participants. 

→ Priority will, of course, be given to the founding members of our group. 

→ To ensure balance, we’ve decided on an equal split of 8 men and 8 women – the magic number!

→ If you wish to register for this event please contact us and we will add you to the list.

→ The trip fee will be paid in three (3) instalments:

1) A first payment of €400 is required upon registration.
2) The second instalment must be paid by April 15.
3) The third instalment must be paid by June 15.

No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after June 28.

🛑 This is our planned program and may be subject to change. Participants are welcome to join any of the activities listed above or explore the island independently. Please note that the trip fee remains the same regardless of participation in scheduled activities.



🎒What to Bring: (Each person is responsible for)


→ Small Backpack (15-20Lt) 
→ Lightweight Hiking Pants 
→ Dry-fit T-shirts 
→ Lightweight windproof jacket
→ Medium thermal layer (e.g., fleece or vest) 
→ Swimsuit & Bath Towel 
→ Hiking Shoes (preferably with ankle support)
→ A pair of sports shoes for walking in water during canyoning 
→ Hat/Sunscreen/Sunglasses
→ Shorts
→ 2–3 pairs of Hiking / Trekking socks
→ Water Bottle & Snacks
→ Comfortable Casual Clothing for Evenings And Leisure Time


🛑 These items are required for our activities. Additionally, you can bring anything else you think you might need for a week-long vacation in Greece. 

!Adding an extra suitcase to your flight ticket is entirely up to you.

🗓️ Schedule Adherence:

• The event schedule is fixed and will only change in case of a life-threatening situation.


⛑️ Leadership and Safety:

• All participants must follow the instructions of the experienced/certified leader at all times.
•The leader guides the group—stay behind them and don’t stray. Ignoring this rule may lead to removal from current and future events.


🍽️ Breaks:

• Short breaks will be scheduled, but everyone must adhere to the time limits to avoid delays.


🗣️ Communication:

• If you encounter any issues (e.g., fatigue, hunger, or discomfort), inform the leader immediately. There’s no shame in needing help, and we’ll find a solution together as a team.


🌳 Environmental Responsibility:

• Respect nature and fellow participants. Follow all rules of conduct at picnic and camping sites to minimize environmental impact.
• Each participant is responsible for their own waste. Dispose of all trash (e.g., coffee cups, cigarette filters, food packaging) promptly and properly.


🤝 Behavioral Expectations:

• Respect for all participants, nature, and the tranquility of the site is mandatory.
• Negative behaviors or actions that could harm others, disrupt the event, or damage the environment will not be tolerated.


🔞 Adult-Only Participation:

• Club events are for 18+ only. Participants join at their own risk; the Club and organizers are not responsible for health, safety, or injuries.


🏋🏻‍♂️ Personal Responsibility:

• By signing up and paying the event fee, participants acknowledge that they are solely responsible for assessing their own fitness and readiness for the activity.
• The event leaders and organizers are not professional fitness or training coaches and are not responsible for assessing participants' fitness levels.
• Participation is at the individual’s own risk, and the leaders/organizers will not be held liable for any personal injuries or health issues.
