- **Event Description**: Yes, a new calendar year has started - but energetically we are still very much in Winter season, the new cycle has not yet opened. Winter is a season of slow, rest, replenishment. Of honoring time to return home to ourselves and to hold ourselves gently, so that we have the energy to bloom - when it is time. On the surface it might look like flowers and trees are ‘dead’, but deep in their roots and down in the nourishing soil, the seeds are waiting and cultivating their essence - gathering their life force to get ready to sprout & bloom.  

This is a morning of deep rest (Vintervila). A longer experience that will guide you connect inward towards your own innate inner strength - your unique seed of life from which your body springs and that enables life to express itself through you in your brilliance.  

I will serve a loving blend of self awakening yoga therapeutics, yin and restorative yoga as well as yoga-nidra (deep relaxation). There will be space for reflection and flow-writing/journaling. 

I have space for 10 participants. 
Suitable for all levels.
