Dumpster Day – Sunday April 28, 1:00 pm – 4:00 pm | CCR Pool Parking Lot

As long as you are an HOA member in good standing, you are welcome to drop off as much junk as will fit! See the list below for items NOT ALLOWED.

As this is a very popular event and we are 100% volunteer run, please be patient and gracious if the lines get long. We will have four 30-yard dumpsters and will accept items until the dumpsters are full.

The following are NOT ALLOWED in the dumpsters:

Refrigerators
Hot Water Tanks
Tires
Paint Cans & Lacquers (If the paint is thoroughly dry then it is allowed in the dumpsters)
Adhesives
Car Batteries
Medical Infectious Waste
Hazardous Materials (pesticides, contaminated soils or absorbents, motor oil, other automotive fluids and medical waste)
Contaminated Soils & Absorbents
Household Cleaners
Ink & Resins
Oils, Fuels & Propane Tanks
Railroad Ties
Asbestos
Industrial Drums

CCR has graciously agreed to let us use their pool parking lot again this year, which was much easier to manage than the Willow Springs park, however, we were notified that there were many items dumped in the parking lot after the fact (i.e. mattresses, etc.) that the club had to clean up. It is extremely important that this does not happen again this year for fear that CCR might not let us use their parking lot again in the future.
