Whether you're newly exploring tech careers, a seasoned professional, or simply passionate about the industry, this panel will provide inspiring advice for success. Katie Miller

Katie's career has been underpinned by strategic deals from all sides of the table. She began her journey in commercial banking, then practiced as an M&A private equity lawyer. Thereafter, she transitioned to strategic partnerships - beginning at an autonomous vehicle startup. Katie now works as a Strategic Partnerships Principal at Google, where she works on first-of-kind product and commercial deals for smart home and Pixel. Katie received her BA from UC Berkeley, JD from Penn Law, and MBA from the Wharton School of Business. In her spare time, Katie enjoys camping and hiking, and working on home improvement projects with her husband in the East Bay - and is preparing for the arrival of her Australian Shepherd puppy.

Stephanie Wong

Starting with a communication studies background at UCLA, Stephanie jumped head first into the cloud computing boom, first as a Sales Engineer at Oracle and then at Google Cloud. Her passion for explaining complex topics led her to create technical content, which blossomed into a full-time Developer Relations Engineer role at Google Cloud. She thrived in this space, becoming Head of Developer Engagement and winning 7 industry awards for her work. Recognizing the potential of AI, she pivoted into AI Product Management and has been building Google's first generative AI code and cloud assistant. Outside of work, she is a lifelong dancer, pageant winner, women in tech advocate, and an adventurous traveler getting married in Mexico this year!

Emma Lalley

Emma is a founding member of the ChatGPT Enterprise Sales team at OpenAI. Prior to OpenAI, Emma was a Sales Leader at Segment, which in 2020 was acquired by Twilio. At the beginning of her career, Emma was the first team member of New Story (YC '15), a non-profit combating global homelessness that has built over 6,000 homes across Haiti, El Salvador, and Mexico. Laura Milanez

Laura joined Persona to help build the Post-Sales organization, where she currently oversees the implementation and Solutions Engineering functions. Prior to Persona, she was an early hire at Sift where she wore many hats in the Go To Market organization. In her spare time, Laura enjoys surfing and playing rugby, and she will represent the USA at the Touch Rugby World Cup in July. Having grown up across LATAM, Asia, and the US, she thrives on adaptability and aims to blend her leadership on and off the field to build high-performing teams.
