Shanghai Jazz strives to bring the best musicians in the world to our small bandstand representing the immense spectrum of the genre from its origins in the late 1800’s in Louisiana with Blues & Ragtime through its evolution with Swing, Gypsy, Bebop, Latin, Afro-Cuban, and finally, Rock & Roll.

6:00pm ~ Join Amar, your host, and 25 new friends. Asian-fusion menu. Rich Court will be playing solo piano: Standards, Beatles & beyond.

6:30pm ~ As part of Shanghai Jazz’s continuing “Tuesday Jazz Trio Series,” welcome John Bianculli on piano. Pianist, composer and educator, John brings his lyrical, soulful sound and creative arrangements to Shanghai Jazz for tonight's two sets. You’ll hear a unique blend of Jazz, Latin, Brazilian, R&B and World Music. Tonight, John is joined by Sue Williams on Bass and John Vourtsis on Drums.
